A little late but here you go!
In an effort to eat better I woke up on the first morning of a brand new year and made this delicious omelet.
That’s Jimmy Dean maple sausage.

Mix it all together:
And you have a relatively healthy omelet (health nuts would have left out the sausage and yolk but those are the best parts!).
Washed it down with some yummy oj.
