Of course I sprained me knee


(From early October.  Just figured out why posts written on my phone didn’t make it here, DOH!)

I’ve said it before my body repels exercise.  Every time I decide to get fit something happens.  Either I get sick, injured or well that wonderful part of being a female happens.

Well, I got a double whammy!  The day after I jumped back into Brazil Butt Lift I woke up with an extremely sore knee.  This morning, woke up with cramps. But I’ve decided not to let either of those things stop me.  I can, and will, do upper body till my knee feels better.  It sucks getting old but I’m not growing old gracefully- I’m fighting it with everything I’ve got!
